The National Skills Qualification Framework defines the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) “the process of recognizing previous learning, often experiential, towards gaining a qualification.” It seeks to provide formal recognition to individuals who have gained learning informally, such as through training in the workplace, community and/or voluntary activities. It creates opportunities for gaining credit to learners who have the skills but no certificate to prove it. The strength of this approach will be the outcomes-based quality-assured certification.

Any person between the age group of 18 to 50 years with minimum 1 year of work experience
